Grade 17 titanium alloy round bar is a -type titanium alloy, with its chemical composition mainly consisting of Ti-0.05Pd, using Ti-1 as the matrix and adding trace amounts of palladium (Pd) to enhance corrosion resistance, especially in reducing media. Grade 17 titanium alloy round bars exhibit excellent ductility and cold forming properties, along with high strength, high impact toughness, and superior weldability, providing strong resistance to crevice corrosion. In terms of standards, Grade 17 titanium alloy complies with ASTM B348-13, which corresponds to the American National Standard R52252. Additionally, Grade 17 titanium alloy is also applicable to ASTM B861 standards, which cover the dimensions, materials, surface treatments, and testing methods for titanium alloy pipes.
